During the morning and afternoon sessions, the development of this project, the materials produced, the results obtained and the dissemination and impact of the project were analyzed. During this meeting, the educational platforms were reviewed, which in each country include the training materials created and which are already available to those interested.

Athens was the city where the 2nd transnational meeting of the DIGinLOGS project took place. In this meeting, they have analysed the training content carried out by each partner – in the case of Spain, Inycom and CIFPA – and the next meetings linked to the national project have been prepared.

This training course, aimed at teachers and companies, has been designed so that it can be followed in an asynchronous online format. Before its public launch, each organization will choose a target group to test and evaluate the content. This activity will run until 30 November. Subsequently, the multiplier events and the closing event of the project will take place, the latter in the city of Zaragoza.

The European DIGinLOGS project is focused on digitalisation, education and training. In addition to CIFPA, the project has as partners the French entity AFT, the firm INYCOM (Spain) and Action Synergy (Greece).

The partners have agreed on the digitalization itinerary in logistics, developed the training programs of the modules that make up the itinerary and didactic resources for asynchronous, open digitalization training.

The aim of the itinerary is for teachers to learn about the computer applications that companies in the logistics sector use in the different areas (business management, warehouse management, data analysis) in order to later transfer this knowledge to the classroom.

In the first phase, an observatory with an international perspective was developed to detect the training needs for digitalization in logistics and, with those considered priorities, to develop a training program for each need, thus shaping the digitalization itinerary in logistics.

The results that the project requires are twofold: the design of a digitalization itinerary in logistics with its training programs adapted to the ICT skills of the sector and an online course to deliver these training programs, open to the general public.

In November, the itinerary will be tested by the four partners in their geographical area and for their target audience.

The four partners are calling on their target group to carry out, in November, a test edition through their website and with emails to companies in the sector, public and private educational centres that have logistics training.

From the month of January, a period of mass dissemination begins, which also includes the multiplier events of each partner, to show companies, centres, and regional, national and European administrations the results obtained in the DIGinLOGS project.

The European project, DIGinLOGS, is funded by the European Union and has as partners, in addition to CIFPA, the French entity AFT, the firm INYCOM (Spain) and Action Synergy (Greece).

The activities began at the headquarters of the French entity AFT, a partner in this European initiative, and ended with a visit to the international company PROLOGIS, responsible in the world for a significant number of properties that are characterized by offering state-of-the-art logistics solutions and services.

In this second training activity, creativity sessions and work dynamics have been held around new forms of e-learning of the most innovative technological solutions for the logistics sector.

The European DIGinLOGS project is focused on digitalisation, education and training. Together with all the partners, a training itinerary is being designed around digitalization in logistics that will be aimed at trainers and companies.

In the second week of January, the 1st “Training Activity” was held in Zaragoza. On that occasion, visits were made to educational centres and companies to learn about the advances in the digitalisation of the sector and the training needs. The results of the project’s international observatory were also presented.
